RZ Bio-soluble Fiber Board is a new developed product for many kinds of high temperature applications.It is produced by the Bio-soluble fiber bulk with certain percentage organic and inorganic bond through vacuum shaped technics, in the process of heating application,the organic binder will be volatilized at the temperature 250-350,after volatilization,the board is pure white.

 

RZ Bio-soluble Fiber Board is the perfect insulation materials for the lining of furnace.RZ Bio-soluble Fiber Board has low thermal conductivity,high tensile strength,high temperature stability,uniform density,and excellent resistance against thermal shock and chemical attack.

RZ Bio-soluble Fiber Board is produced by the wet continuous vacuum shaped technics,microwave drying and certain size cutting;the production line is controlled by the DCS automatic control system to ensure exact product quality. The alkaline earther silicate fibers satisfy the Europe Directive 97/69/EC.
