RZ Bio-soluble fiber bulk are made from a blend of calcium,silica and magnesium,which melted in a special mineral electric melting furnace. RZ Bio-soluble fiber bulk is a kind of Alkaline Earth Silicate (AES)- low bio-persistence fibers. Except the features of Al₂O₃-SiO₂ refractory ceramic fiber,the chemical composition of RZ Bio-soluble refractory fibers conform to the index which man-made vitreous(silicate)fibers with random orientation with alkaline oxide and alkali earth oxide(Na₂O+K₂O+CaO+MgO+BaO) content greater than 18% by weight. Additional,RZ Bio-soluble refractory fiber passed the test of Germany dangerous material directive.
